As an Ealing osteopath I welcome patients of all ages, from babies to teenagers, pregnant women and senior citizens.

I graduated from University College of Osteopathy (formerly knowns as British School of Osteopathy) in 2008 and went on to complete an MSc course in Paediatric Osteopathy. I used to work at the internationally renowned Osteopathic Centre for Children in Central London, where I treated many babies and children as well as pregnant and postpartum mothers.
How can an osteopath help me?
Osteopathy is a philosophy of healthcare aiming at restoring body's natural balance and concerned with the link between the structure of the body and the way it functions. It acknowledges that the living body is a self-renewing, self-regenerating, self-recuperating system which maintains health constantly throughout life.

I will consider your whole body and the way it works, taking your lifestyle and habits into account, not just treating the one bit that hurts. This way, I can help you to change your posture and behaviour, so the results are long lasting.

Osteopaths are regulated by the General Osteopathic Council and the title "osteopath" is protected by law. They are trained to diagnose conventionally and also to use their hands to assess body function and dysfunction. This gives them uniquely sensitive information about the disability within the body and how this insight might be used to help restore health.

“89% of patients reported an improvement in their symptoms one week after osteopathic treatment and 93% reported an improvement in symptoms at 6 weeks post-treatment ”

Foundation for Paediatric Osteopathy

“My daughter was in terrible pain and would take over an hour to console at times. I brought her to Ania for treatment after recommendation and she responded to it really well and is doing a lot better. It's reassuring to know there are people like Ania to help with things like this and I would recommend her to anyone who has a child. ”

~ Charlotte, Isleworth, February 2010

“I have been a patient of Ania's for approximately 3 years. I attend her clinic on a regular basis for osteopathy. This has been most helpful for my condition helping to improve my energy levels especially following a period where I was bed bound. More recently I have taken my new born baby to Ania for treatment, and she has been most helpful in treating him. Ania is extremely professional, helpful and knowledgable and I'll continue to use her services and recommend her to family and friends. ”

~ Lisa, Whitton, September 2015

“Ania, you are very professional, patient and great with kids. After your treatment we can see the results. I will carry on recommending you to my French friends in London.”

~ Sylvianne, Ealing, March 2013

“Thank you so much Ania for the wonderul therapy I've received from you. You have made so much difference to my life, I no longer dread getting out of bed in the morning. My back is a million times better than before meeting you. ”

~ Karyn Dickman, Wandsworth, March 2010
